Green Project Management

We inject sustainability and green project management plan into projects to create a balance between the environment, profit, and stakeholders, create a project charter, communication plan, environmental management plan, project execution plan, change control plan, non-product output, and product life cycle assessment.

The overarching goal of our green management service is to identify, analyze, and calculate the project environmental factors during the entire project life cycle and beyond. We create a project charter, communication plan, environmental management plan, greenability execution plan, greenality change control plan, and non-product output, and product life cycle assessment aimed to minimize the environmental impacts of projects. We also monitor and control the environmental impacts of products and services of the project, integrate and manage greenality and sustainability best practices and environmental stewardship into a project and create a balance between the environment, profit, and stakeholders or community.

Moreover, GPCG team adopts green methods and standards  such as ISO 14040: 2006 and ISO 14044: 2006 and avoid greenwashing, the false appearance that a company is green, add green costing methods from the initiation to the execution phase of the project and use Earned Environmental Value Management (EEVM) to measure earned specific value of the greenality efforts and compare them to the actual costs of the green performance.

To avoid ambiguities, we integrate SMARTER (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time-based, and environmentally responsible) concept into your project solutions and establish partnerships with other green efforts through the lifespan of the project.
